College work and freelance
Graphic Design | Branding | 2017–Present
Every hiring manager's favorite section of the prospective employee's website: College Work and Freelance! Everyone has to start somewhere. This part of my journey is showcased here partly for posterity and partly to humblebrag about what an exemplary student I was (but that's our little secret).
Ah, the sweet nostalgia of college days, where my design journey began. Back then, Adobe Creative Suite was an intimidating monster, and I was armed with nothing but a dream and a slightly outdated laptop. The struggle was real, and my designs were... let's call them 'charmingly amateurish.'
While I may sport the badge of a professional these days, let's not forget that every master was once a disaster. From rookie mistakes to the not-so-subtle learning curves – they've shaped the designer you see today. I can't help but smile at the zigzagging path that brought me here. The journey from college all-nighters to corporate designs was a mosaic of experiences, each piece contributing to the bigger picture of who I am as a designer. So, whether it's the college days, the freelancing gigs, or the refined designs of my current professional career, every piece tells a story of growth, passion, and an undying love for the art of design.
And to you, hiring manager, friend, family, coworker or person who is on my website for whatever reason, congratulations for stumbling upon my portfolio! Finding me is like finding a shiny Pokémon in a sea of.. not.. shiny.. Pokémon... I promise my design sense is more impressive than my Pokémon analogies.
